Our Mission

The purpose of Tri-City Baptist Church is to glorify God by carrying out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ; reaching the world with the Good News of salvation, welcoming new believers into the body of Christ, bringing them to maturity, equipping them for ministry, and commissioning them in the world-wide missionary endeavor.

Our Staff

Dr. William J. Senn, III Dr. William J. Senn, III - Senior Pastor
William J. Senn, III was born on April 7, 1958. During Will’s junior year, while attending Elizabethtown College, he was invited to a Bible study where he trusted the Lord as his Savior. Eighteen months after his conversion, he was called into the ministry and began his training at Bob Jones University, where he would complete his Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry degrees. Pastor Senn's first pastorate was at University Baptist Church in Clemson, SC from 1984 - 2002. In July 2002 Pastor Senn became senior pastor at TCBC. Pastor Senn is also the founder and president of Cross Impact Campus Ministries and serves on several college and mission boards.





Pastor Larry Robins Larry Robbins - Associate Pastor (Music Ministries)
Larry Robbins has been a local church music director since 1973, joining the pastoral staff at Tri-City Baptist in 1983. In addition to the oversight of a large music ministry including a full adult choir, a large variety of instrumental music and vocal ensembles, Pastor Robbins also oversees the Adult Education area of our ministry. Over the past 14 years, he has also served the city of Westminster as Police Chaplain, ministering to over 180 officers, and a support staff totaling nearly 250 individuals. Pastor Robbins has his BA and MA degrees as well as endorsements from the International Conference of Police Chaplains, the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Fundemental Baptist Fellowship International Chaplaincy.

Pastor Joe Taylor Joe Taylor - Associate Pastor (Senior Adult Ministries)
Pastor Taylor is a graduate of “The Institute of Christian Service” at Bob Jones University and was ordained in 1963 and served churches in Indiana, Oklahoma, the West Indies Island of Dominica, and Colorado for the last 42 years. He has been a Senior Pastor, an Associate Pastor, and a Missionary. During eight of those years he also owned a trucking business and was a National Food Broker.

Pastor Bart McNaughton Bart McNaughton - Associate Pastor (Youth Ministries)
Pastor McNaughton and his wife, Kasey, have just arrived to Tri-City this summer. Bart was called by God to preach when he was a junior in high school. Following God's call for his life, Pastor McNaughton went to Bob Jones University where he received a BA in Bible and a MA in Pastoral Studies. His desire for ministry is to work with young people, which has been his desire since God called him to preach back in high school.

Pastor Ted Rich Ted Rich - Associate Pastor (College Ministries/Cross Impact)
Pastor Rich is a former INDY CAR Mechanic whom the Lord has now called to be a Campus Pastor/Missionary/Intern-Trainer/and Regional Representative with Cross Impact Campus Ministries. Pastor Rich was based in Clemson, South Carolina at University Baptist Church for 10 years reaching collegians for Christ at Clemson University. Now calls Tri-City Baptist Church, the home of Cross Impact Campus Ministries Headquarters, his base for reaching collegians at the University of Colorado, Metrto State, UC Denver and Front Range Community College. Pastor Rich attended Purdue University for two of his undergraduate degrees in aviation & Aeronautical Technologies and then after some time in Aviation and Racing he answered the call to the ministry and attended seminary at Bob Jones University, where he graduated with a Masters of Divinity degree.

Pastor Dean Hendrix Dean Hendrix - Associate Pastor (Spanish Ministries)
Pastor Hendrix began studying accounting at the University of Arizona in August 1974. He transferred to Bob Jones University in January of 1977 and finished his B.S. in Business Management. Dean never quit studying at Bob Jones Univ and received his MA and Master of Divinity and in 2007 his Doctor of Ministry. In January of 1987, Dean and his wife Brenda traveled to Ponce, Puerto Rico where they served in a church planting ministry until August of 2003. Two churches were planted out of their main church. Both of these churches have Puerto Rican pastors today. Then the Hendrix family moved to Denver, Colorado to begin a church planting ministry among the Spanish speaking people in this area. They worked for 3 years through Tri-City Baptist Church in Westminster and Faith Baptist Church in Longmont. Presently, the ministry continues at Tri-City Baptist Church where the Iglesia Bautista de Tri-City has 2 services each Sunday, a Wednesday evening service and a Bible study on Friday nights.

Pastor Matt Von Matt Von - Associate Pastor (Family Life/Counseling)
Pastor Matt is the Family Life and Counseling Pastor at Tri-City. He served as an assistant pastor in Pennsylvania for five years while earning his Master is Theology from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary and his Masters in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. In 2004, Matthew moved to Denver and founded Rocky Mountain Biblical Counseling Center. For the past six years, Matthew has counseled in the medical offices of New Life Family Medicine as well as assisted several churches along the Front Range and throughout the West with their counseling needs. Matthew will continue to counsel and oversee the counseling center while serving on staff at Tri-City. Matthew and his wife Esther have been married eleven years and have four boys. In his free time, Matthew enjoys fishing, camping, and playing sports with the boys.
