The purpose of Tri-City Baptist Church is to glorify God by
carrying out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ; reaching the
world with the Good News of salvation, welcoming new believers
into the body of Christ, bringing them to maturity, equipping
them for ministry, and commissioning them in the world-wide
missionary endeavor.

" . . equipping the saints for the
work of the ministry . ."
Ephesians 4:12
Children's Ministry:
Our purpose in the children's ministry here at
Tri-City is to be a help to parents in training children to know and
love God. These ministries include Children's church, 1-6th
grade; Kid's Choir & Drama, 4yrs-6th grade; and AWANA 3-12 years
old.
Teen Ministry:
Teen Fitness Hour - Using God's Word to exercise the
minds and ears of teenagers so they are "in shape" to face
an ungodly world. SMITE - (Student Missionaries In Training
for Evangelism) Equips teenagers with the tools they need to know
their faith and to share their faith, both locally and around the
world. Timothy Class - Teens will be trained and certified in
Youth Evangelism Explosion. Confidence to share the gospel and
fulfill Christ's last command is now in reach for those who really
desire to reach out!
Young at Heart:
This is a ministry of Tri-City that ministers to the
senior adults of our community ages 55 and up. Our goal is to
reach seniors with the Gospel of Christ and help them to develop in
their Christian walk. We do this by having a strong emphasis
on Bible teaching through our Sunday school class. Also, Young
At Heart has monthly activities, Bible studies and bus trips.
Family Oriented Ministry:
Tri-City is a family oriented ministry that is
concerned about nurturing relationships within the institution that
God has ordained and established. It is our desire to help
strengthen marriages, assist parents in raising their children, and
encourage unity in the home. It is our desire for the
ministries of the church to be an asset to each family - not a
liability, and each family in turn an asset to the church as a
whole.
