
Dr. William J. Senn, III - Senior Pastor
Eighteen months after his conversion in 1978 while working on his undergraduate degree in Pennsylvania, Will was called into the ministry and began his Bible college and seminary training. By the time his formal training was complete, he had received his Master of Divinity, Doctorate of Ministry as well as an honorary Doctorate of Divinity. Pastor Senn's first pastorate was at University Baptist Church in Clemson, SC from 1984 - 2002. In July 2002 Pastor Senn became senior pastor at TCBC. Pastor Senn is also the founder and president of Cross Impact Campus Ministries and serves on several college and mission boards.

Larry Robbins has been a local church Pastor and music director since 1973, joining the pastoral staff at Tri-City Baptist in 1983. In the fall of 2012, Pastor Robbins was given the oversight of the "Young at Heart" senior adult group that has more than 150 on roll. Over the past 16 years, he has also served the city of Westminster as Police Chaplain, ministering to over 180 officers, and a support staff totaling nearly 250 individuals. Pastor Robbins has his Bachelors and Masters degrees from two separate Bible colleges as well as endorsements from three separate Chaplain and Counseling agencies.

Nathan Steadman - Teens and Outreach Pastor
Pastor Nathan joined the staff of Tri-City in February of 2017 to serve as an assistant pastor in the areas of teens and outreach. Nathan, his wife Janelle and their sons, Elijah and Ethan, moved from Kansas City, Missouri where he led a church youth ministry for 6 years. He holds an MA in Pastoral Studies and a BA in Bible. Nathan enjoys ministering to teens, parents and the greater church body. He loves expository preaching, apologetics, and evangelism. He is burdened for the teens to grow in their love for God, God's people and those who do not know God. Nathan and Janelle are both from Indiana and met while serving at a Christian camp in North Carolina. They enjoy football, coffee, Amazon shopping, and time with their boys.

Dr. Bryan Malik - Children and Missions Pastor
Pastor Bryan and his family served as missionaries in Lithuania and Puerto Rico for 12 years before coming to Colorado in 2010. Bryan has received his Master of Arts and Doctor of Divinity in Pastoral Studies. Upon coming to Tri-City, he began teaching the Ambassador ABF, and later with his wife, Karen, began working with children in Wednesday evening Bible clubs and directing children’s plays. He also served as a deacon for several years and has been involved in choir. Bryan and Karen have been married 26 years and have two daughters. Bryan works as a senior data analyst for an online learning company and joined the staff on a part-time basis in January, 2016.
